W2P Setup: WooCommerce to Pipedrive Integration Guide
1. Installation
Begin by installing our Woocommerce to Pipedrive integration plugin. You can download it from your dashboard. Once installed, retrieve your W2P API key and your Pipedrive API key. These keys allow W2P to connect and synchronize data from WooCommerce to Pipedrive. After entering the keys, load the default settings to set a basic configuration, providing an essential foundation to start synchronizing data.
2. Configuring Events
With W2P, you can select specific WooCommerce hooks for each Pipedrive category (Deal, Organization, and Person) to trigger actions. Different events, like a user profile update or an order confirmation, can be set to activate whenever a customer interacts on your WooCommerce site.
Each user's event is fully customizable, allowing you to specify which Pipedrive fields should be sent. You have complete control over the data sent, with the flexibility to select specific details, such as the first name in the billing address, the user's email, the customer's last name, or even custom meta fields you wish to include.
3. Customizing Data Fields and Conditions
For each event, define the Pipedrive fields you want to populate and customize the data based on user information to ensure each synchronization is as precise as possible.
You can set conditions to prevent overwriting existing data in Pipedrive by updating fields only if they are empty.
Additionally, create backup fields for cases where certain values haven’t been provided by the user, ensuring that relevant information is always sent to Pipedrive.
4. Running a Full Sync, Monitoring History
Once your settings are configured, you can initiate a full synchronization to send all users and orders to Pipedrive based on the parameters defined in the previous steps.
Use the History tab to review the data successfully transferred to Pipedrive. This tab provides a log of all interactions, allowing you to verify that everything is functioning as expected.
